Konker is seeking an Architectural Technologist with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join our Winchester team. This is a great opportunity to develop technical and delivery skills within a supportive and collaborative studio environment.

You will work across diverse projects, producing technical information and contributing to project delivery, with hybrid and flexible working on offer and a clear path for professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant UK experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organised and keen to learn.
• Experience using Revit and BIM processes.
• Experience managing workload across projects.

Responsabilités

• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction information.
• Assist in resolving design and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Contribute to specifications, material selection, and detailed design.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
• Support coordination across multiple projects where required.
