Job summary

Konker Group in central Bristol is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a multidisciplinary practice with around 30 staff in the Bristol office. You will work with architects and technologists to advance technical delivery, ensuring compliance with building regulations and leveraging Revit and BIM across varied projects.

Hybrid working is offered, with 2–3 days in the office depending on experience and seniority.

Job description

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an established, multidisciplinary practice in central Bristol.

The Bristol office has around 30 people, including an architectural team of approximately 10 architects and technologists, with a wider group of over 200 employees.

Led by the Director, who is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, the office offers a strong technical environment where you can collaborate with experienced professionals, share knowledge and continue developing your career.

You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team with a varied workload and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the technical team.

The practice works across a range of projects, including significant fire remediation schemes and residential developments, offering plenty of scope to broaden your experience.

Working alongside architects, technologists and other professionals, you’ll contribute to the technical delivery of projects, applying your understanding of building regulations and developing your expertise across different project types.

You’ll have architectural technology experience, a good understanding of building regulations and knowledge of Revit and BIM. The team is keen to hear from someone who is motivated to learn, develop their technical skills and take direction, while building confidence and independence in the role.
