This role focuses on housing projects from small sites to major developments, with exposure to a diverse project list and opportunities to shape the design team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA qualified architect with solid residential & masterplan design background.
• Experience delivering work for housebuilder clients and understanding UK planning policy.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial realities and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning layouts and masterplan proposals for residential clients.
• Work across RIBA stages 0–3 from concept to submission-ready packages.
• Collaborate with planning and technical teams to progress schemes from feasibility to consent.
