Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Architect in central Cheshire, near Wilmslow, to join an ambitious studio expanding across residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will lead high-quality design tasks autonomously, attend site meetings, liaise with clients, and bring experience in housing, hotel, and student schemes.

The role requires proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio and self-motivation to drive projects forward.

Qualifications

A motivated and experienced Architect.
An ambitious individual. Someone that perhaps sees themselves as a Senior/Associate Architect in the making.
A good all-rounder, capable of undertaking high-quality design tasks and the confidence to attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients.
A Residential/Commercial specialist. A proven portfolio of Housing, Hotel, Student schemes would be ideal.
An individual that can adapt to different software programmes. REVIT & AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead residential and commercial design tasks with autonomy while maintaining high standards.
Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients to ensure project goals.
Collaborate with senior team members and adapt to differing software platforms (REVIT/AutoCAD).
