Homewood, our residential service for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs, is seeking a Support Worker (Residential Service Officer). You will provide personalised support, helping individuals take part in meaningful activities during their stay and feel at home.

As a shift leader, you will deliver high-quality care, document progress, and collaborate with families, carers, and professionals to shape individual care plans.
