Job summary

xander.vincere.io is hiring a Residential Addictions Service Manager to launch and develop a new residential addiction recovery provision in the East Midlands, Nottingham. You will lead operations, build a high-performing team and deliver a therapy-led, person-centred programme that supports long-term recovery for residents.

• Strong safeguarding, risk assessment and quality assurance knowledge.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of a residential addiction recovery service.
• Build and motivate a multidisciplinary team and promote a recovery-focused culture.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety and service delivery at all times.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, incident reporting and QA processes.
• Monitor service performance, staffing, budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
