Jasmine Healthcare in Brigg invites an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator to plan and run resident activities, nurture social engagement, and enhance overall wellbeing. The role requires warmth, creativity and strong interpersonal skills to act as an ambassador for the home and the Jasmine brand.

You will manage a weekly activity plan, support residents with confusion or behavioural needs using person-centred approaches, and collaborate with staff and relatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' relevant experience as an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator in care housing or similar.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Activities, or agreement to work towards one.
• 35 hours per week minimum, including 2 weekend days every four weeks.
• Live within 20 minutes of the Home.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organise activities.
• Contribute to residents' well-being through personalised activities and weekly plan each Monday.
• Provide support for residents facing confusion or behavioural challenges with person-centred distraction techniques.
• Ensure activity calendar is uploaded to Facebook and visible around the home; post on Facebook.
• Encourage team, relatives and friends to participate; act as Ambassador and support fundraising.
