Job summary

Orchard Court Care Home in Brigg is seeking an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator to design and run activities that boost resident wellbeing. You will work on a full-time schedule, 9am–5pm, contributing to a warm, mission-driven care environment.

You will lead engaging activities, liaise with families, and document outcomes to enhance residents' daily lives. Training is available, and the role includes team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator in a care setting.
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or Activities, or willingness to work towards one.
• Available to work 35 hours per week, including 2 weekend days.
• Live within 20 minutes of the home.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise activities.
• Manage time effectively and maintain calendars.
• Engage residents with personalised activities and care.
• Act as an ambassador for the home and support fundraising.
• Post weekly activity calendar to Facebook and update residents’ pages.
• Document interactions in residents' notes.
