Job summary

Trowbridge Oaks Care Home is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents. This permanent role (30 hours/week) at a salary of £13.10–£14.10 per hour depending on experience is based in Trowbridge, UK. You will create activity plans, organise events, and support social media as required.

The role supports person-centred care, encouraging independence and social interaction within a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ability to manage budgets and paperwork.
• Willingness to engage with residents and families with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Update and manage the home activity planner within budget.
• Organise birthday surprises and community events.
• Coordinate with local venues and performers for home activities.
• Arrange one-to-one chats with residents and reminiscence tools.
• Support the home’s social media channels as required.
