Job summary

Frances Bolitho Care Home in Penzance is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to lead a varied programme of activities for residents, delivering person-centred events that support emotional, social and mental wellbeing.

You will build relationships with residents and families, adapt activities to varying needs, and work with the team to create joyful, inclusive experiences, while ensuring accurate documentation and DBS checks where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care preferred.
