Job summary

Hastoe Housing is seeking an experienced Resident Voice and Engagement Manager for a hybrid role, based at our Little Canfield office with travel as needed. The position is permanent and 35 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with occasional out-of-hours work.

You will lead resident engagement, embed resident input into service design, and ensure compliance with consumer standards while analysing data and reporting to executives. The role offers collaborative development and flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Understanding of resident engagement and consultation principles.
• Knowledge of Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards.
• Experience coordinating engagement, consultation or customer involvement.
• Experience managing projects, action plans and monitoring delivery.
• Experience analysing data and producing reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational lead for resident engagement and support compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards.
• Embed resident voice into service design and decision-making.
• Monitor engagement outcomes and ensure commitments are delivered and evidenced.
• Analyse engagement, satisfaction, complaints and performance data to identify themes and risks.
• Produce reports and presentations for the Executive Team, Board and Committees.
• Lead and support resident consultations, surveys, focus groups, scrutiny activities and engagement forums.
• Build strong relationships with residents, resident representatives, Board members and colleagues.
