Job summary

RHP is seeking a Resident Engagement Lead to ensure our customers' voices are heard, valued, and acted upon. You will shape improvements, influence service delivery, and build trust within our resident community.

The role offers hybrid working with remote options and occasional evening engagements to connect colleagues, customers and stakeholders across the organisation. You will drive digital engagement to generate meaningful insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing and a similar resident engagement role essential.
• Digital engagement expertise with online platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate resident engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate resident engagement activities to influence services.
• Lead usage of the online engagement platform to extract insights and create content.
• Support compliance with Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
• Engage diverse communities and facilitate workshops, meetings and online sessions.
• Analyse resident feedback and translate insights into service improvements.
