Hastoe Housing is seeking an experienced Resident Voice and Engagement Manager for a hybrid role, based at our Little Canfield office with travel as needed. The position is permanent and 35 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with occasional out-of-hours work.
You will lead resident engagement, embed resident input into service design, and ensure compliance with consumer standards while analysing data and reporting to executives. The role offers collaborative development and flexible hybrid working.
Location:Hybrid working, with attendance at our office in Little Canfield, Essex one day per week, together with occasional travel to meetings and eventsacross our areas of operation.

Annual Leave: Starting at 25 days, plus UK Public/ Bank Holidays and 1.5 days complimentary leave, along with the option to purchase additional leave.
