Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated support worker at Dove Valley Mews, a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role focuses on personal, physical and emotional support, with careful welfare reporting and safeguarding to help residents participate in daily activities and community life.

You will work 42 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, following a two-week rolling rota that includes alternate weekends.

• Encourages residents to make choices and regain independence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal, physical and emotional support to residents.
• Record medical and welfare needs and report appropriately.
• Safeguard residents and ensure a safe environment.
• Help residents access the community for work, education, and activities.
• Assist with tasks such as cooking and cleaning to promote independence.
