Job summary

Grainger plc is seeking a front of house professional to ensure residents receive excellent service and the building is maintained to Grainger standards. You will deliver customer service, support engagement, and work with colleagues to maintain high standards.

Based in the West of England, you will promote Grainger and build strong relationships with external partners while contributing to a positive resident experience across our build-to-rent communities.

Job description

A pivotal member of the front of house team, ensuring that Residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the Grainger standard.

• Deliver Grainger customer service strategy and deliver service to our agreed standards
• Increase resident satisfaction with service delivery
• Deliver high-quality resident services
• Work closely with company-wide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
• Encourage and support resident engagement
• Promote Grainger and build good relationships with external partners
