Job summary

Grainger plc in Cardiff is seeking a proactive front of house team member to ensure Residents receive an excellent service and that the building is maintained to the Grainger standard. You will deliver Grainger's customer service strategy and work with on-site teams to uphold high standards.

You will increase resident satisfaction through effective service delivery, engage residents, build strong external relationships, and help promote Grainger in the local community.

A pivotal member of the front of house team, ensuring that Residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the Grainger standard.
