Job summary

Grainger plc in London is seeking a proactive Resident Services Manager to lead the on-site Resident Services Associates and ensure delivery of the company’s customer service strategy.

You will oversee rota management, partner engagement, and cross-team collaboration to raise resident satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Services Manager in the delivery of the Grainger customer service strategy and service to our agreed standards
• Manage the team of Resident Services Associates (RSA)
• Lead the RSA team to increase resident satisfaction with service delivery
• Lead the RSA team to deliver high-quality resident services
• Collaborate with company-wide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
• Lead the RSA team to encourage and support resident engagement
• Management of the RSA team rota
• Promote Grainger and build good relationships with external partners
