Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across NW10 and surrounding areas. You will be the main contact for residents during the works and coordinate access with tenants and site teams.

This temp-to-perm role offers a starting salary with a £4,560 car allowance and requires strong communication and organisational skills, plus a full UK driving licence for smooth delivery and positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or planned works.
• Experience on kitchen and bathroom programmes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.
• Coordinate access and appointments with tenants and site teams.
• Keep residents informed of project progress and any potential disruption.
• Handle resident queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Build positive relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
• Support the smooth delivery of the works programme.
