Job summary

Velocity Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for the Harlow Council external works project. You will act as the primary link between residents, the client and the delivery team on scattered properties, ensuring clear communication before, during and after works.

The role requires proven RLO/tenant liaison experience in planned maintenance or social housing, excellent communication and customer service, strong organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous RLO / Tenant Liaison experience, ideally within planned maintenance or social housing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and confident dealing with residents.
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to the scattered properties

Responsibilities

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works.
• Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints.
• Providing updates on works, access and programmes.
• Carrying out resident visits and maintaining strong relationships.
• Supporting the site/contract team to ensure works run smoothly.
