Job summary

Green Funding Solutions seeks a Resident Liaison Officer to support energy efficiency projects across sites in the UK. You will work closely with project delivery teams, contractors and housing associations, acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the installation process.

This role emphasises clear communication, accessibility, and coordinating multiple site visits while reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in resident liaison or community engagement.
• Experience coordinating multiple site visits and stakeholder communications.
• Comfortable discussing technical matters with residents and translating complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for residents during energy efficiency installations.
• Coordinate site visits and liaise with contractors and housing associations.
• Engage stakeholders and provide progress reporting to project teams.
• Escalate operational issues to senior stakeholders when needed.
