Job summary

Sustainable Building Services is recruiting a Customer Liaison Officer based in Hereford to manage the customer/resident journey in line with engagement procedures.

You will consult and support residents before, during and after works, identify vulnerable tenants, ensure GDPR compliance, and build strong relationships with residents, clients and subcontractors to deliver energy-efficient retrofit projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role within construction.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• GCSEs and above or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and supporting residents before, during and after works to their homes.
• Identify vulnerable tenants and any additional needs.
• Ensure resident data is kept safe and GDPR compliant.
• Manage the customer/resident journey following procedures.
• Develop working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and site staff.
• Carry out choice and consultation events with residents.
• Inductions for residents including process, scope of works and evidence.
