Job summary

Rullion Ltd. in Nottingham is seeking an organized Resident Liaison Officer to support energy efficiency projects across residential properties.

You will be the primary contact for residents, coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records, while liaising with contractors and Housing Associations. The role emphasizes administration, coordination and resident communication, with some site visits required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in resident liaison, customer service or project administration.
• Experience maintaining accurate resident records and coordinating appointments.
• Full UK driving licence and CSCS card.
• Experience with vulnerable residents or accessible communication.
• Understanding of site-based operations in social housing or energy retrofit.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for residents during planned works and installations.
• Communicate appointments, timescales and changes clearly.
• Coordinate appointments and site visits with residents, contractors and Housing Associations.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update systems.
• Support vulnerable residents and those with accessibility needs.
• Respond to queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
• Explain technical information clearly to residents.
• Attend project sites when required.
• Support project reporting and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a positive resident experience and NPS performance.
