Job summary

United Living Group is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible point of contact for residents during works programs. You will engage through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days, ensuring residents are informed about processes and updates.

You will coordinate key handovers to site teams and deliver high-quality post-work care, while balancing expectations among residents, the client, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with stakeholders.
• Experience in contractor or client-side liaison roles.
• Resilient under pressure; discretion and public-facing professionalism.
• UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Be the visible point of contact for residents and customers.
• Engage residents through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
• Communicate updates and changes to residents and stakeholders.
