Job summary

Lawtech is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support cladding remediation projects in the UK. You will build strong relationships with residents, sub-contractors and client representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution.

Role involves setting up service systems, drafting communications, coordinating surveys, and maintaining records. Strong English, DBS check, and MS Office proficiency are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English required.
• Experience with customer service, ideally resident liaison within construction/social housing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager and Design & Quality teams.
• Set up and maintain customer service systems, site records and local documentation.
• Draft responses and communications for residents and other parties.
• Arrange site surveys and compile appointment schedules.
• Answer phones and arrange required appointments.
• Liaise with residents to understand individual needs.
• Maintain and update issue logs; escalate when needed.
• Observe H&S rules and ensure issues comply with policy.
