Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant to join our Housing and Support team in Slough. You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering high-quality customer service and holistic advice, with duties spanning reception, health and safety, first aid and fire marshal responsibilities.

Open to 30-hour permanent contracts, you will help manage repairs, payments and wellbeing checks while welcoming new residents and supporting the community within

Qualifications

• Reception duties, customer service experience preferred.
• Health and safety awareness.
• First aid and fire marshal responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housing and Support team in delivering high-quality housing and support to residents.
• Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information.
• Manage reception duties, mail, repairs, payments, and building safety tasks.
