Job summary

Amica Care Trust is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team with various hours available, including alternate weekends. You will help prepare and serve meals while ensuring dietary needs are met and texture-modified food is prepared as directed.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen records, stock rotation and keeping the service areas clean and hygienic at all times. Catering experience is beneficial; food safety certification is desirable.

• Ensuring residents' nutritional health and wellbeing is central to all tasks.
