Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across NHG’s office estate and services.
• Oversee facilities, reception, maintenance, security, and business continuity.
• Set budgets, service standards and KPIs, and drive efficiency.
• Develop a high-performing team with accountability and warmth.
• Manage suppliers and contracts with procurement and finance.
• Lead office refurbishments and relocations with safety and sustainability in mind.
