Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is recruiting a Head of Business Services to lead a team of around 15 and manage four main offices plus numerous satellite locations. The role focuses on safe, welcoming workplaces and services that boost collaboration, wellbeing and customer outcomes.

You will drive facilities management, budget control, supplier relationships and programme delivery, shaping offices colleagues are proud to work in and customers visit with confidence.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in business services and multi-site operations.
• Excellent knowledge of facilities management, health and safety, compliance and risk; IOSH Managing Safely.
• Strong financial management and budgeting with outsourced contracts

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across NHG’s office estate.
• Lead facilities management, reception, cleaning, security and business continuity.
• Set budgets, service standards and KPIs with a focus on value for money.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing Business Services team.
• Manage suppliers and contracts with commercial controls.
