CompassRock in London is seeking a Resident Experience Associate for our high-end Build-to-Rent property in East Croydon, Greater London. You will help manage daily operations, enhance resident relations, and support contractors to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Reporting to the Assistant Property Manager, you will assist with leasing support, inspections, and resident communications, while upholding service standards, meeting KPIs, and contributing to community engagement

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (desired).
• ARLA membership; The Property Institute (TPI) or IRPM membership (desired).
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills (essential).

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily property operations and resident relations.
• Assist with projects and oversee outsourced maintenance services.
• Support procurement and maintain property records.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and document conditions.
• Assist Leasing team with inquiries and viewings.
• Prepare management reports and maintain tenant correspondence.
• Meet targets and KPIs set by management.
