Qualifications

• Experience within student accommodation, residential property, hospitality or similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of health & safety obligations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience in occupancy and debt management.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Flexible approach including evening or weekend work during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and ensure standards.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Deliver exceptional resident experience and address issues.
• Assist in compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Maintain operational systems and support project delivery.
