Job summary

motive8 is seeking a friendly, proactive Resident Experience Manager in Manchester to deliver an exceptional resident experience at a premium leisure facility. You will handle enquiries, coordinate events, run wellbeing initiatives and lead front-of-house operations alongside gym staff.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience, strong communication and an independent, organised approach to planning. A Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for residents.
• Plan and coordinate resident events, wellbeing initiatives, fitness challenges and social activities.
• Build strong relationships with residents, encouraging engagement and gathering feedback.
• Promote events, activities and services to increase participation.
• Manage bookings, enquiries, complaints and day-to-day resident communications.
• Work closely with the Gym & Spa Manager, Estate Management and other stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day operation of leisure facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Oversee front-of-house staff and support gym inductions, pool checks and procedures.
• Deliver personal training sessions or fitness classes where qualified.

Pay: £15 p/h + Personal training

The role:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive Resident Experience Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience within a premium residential leisure facility.

This is a varied, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organising events and creating a welcoming community for residents.
