Job summary

motive8 Limited is seeking a Gym and Spa Duty Manager (Part Time) in Manchester M15 to deliver exceptional front-of-house service in a luxury pool, spa and gym environment. You will open/close facilities, conduct pool tests, safety checks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.

The role offers opportunities for on-site training and to grow personal training/massage services, with a focus on customer experience and community building.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 acceptable)
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury gym, spa or hotel markets
• Confident swimmer with pool safety qualification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Promote a thriving community within the Gym and Spa.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the Gym and Spa on shift.
• Actively seek new clients and grow your personal training/massage base.
• Work with the estate team to deliver a first-class resident experience.
• Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets (not mandatory).

Gym and Spa Duty Manager Part TimeManchester M15

Location:Manchester M15
Hours:24-32hrs p/w Monday-Sunday
Pay:£13.45 p/h+ Personal training

We are looking for a welcoming and professional Gym and Spa Duty Manager to provide a friendly front-of-house service within a luxury pool, spa and gym environment. Alongside greeting and assisting residents, you will be responsible for opening and closing the facilities, completing pool tests and health and safety checks, monitoring the pool and spa areas, and helping to ensure the facilities remain safe, clean and welcoming. Fitness experience is welcomed, with opportunities for qualified individuals to deliver personal training sessions and fitness classes on site.

The Role

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Promoting a thriving community within the Gym and Spa
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Gym and Spa while on shift
• Actively seeking new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
• Working with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class resident experience
• Providing Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets (not mandatory)

Requirements

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered) not mandatory for this role
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Previous experience within the luxury gym, spa, or hotel markets
• Confident swimmer required, Pool responder qualification or willingness to obtain.

• First aid and/or pool safety experience
