Job summary

Sustainable Building Services is a multi-award-winning retrofit decarbonisation contractor delivering large-scale schemes across housing tenures. In this role as Tenant Liaison Officer you will manage the resident journey in line with client and company engagement procedures.

You will consult residents before, during and after works, identify vulnerable tenants, safeguard data under GDPR, and build strong relationships with residents, clients, site teams and the community to drive satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a customer-facing role within construction.
• Full UK driving license.
• GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to efficiently organise a fluctuating workload.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of H&S regulations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Consult residents before, during and after works for high satisfaction.
• Identify vulnerable tenants and any required accommodations.
• Keep resident data secure under GDPR policies.
• Resolve problems promptly.
• Manage the resident journey following engagement procedures.
• Develop relationships with residents, clients, sub-contractors, site staff and the community.
• Carry out choice and consultation events and individual consultations.
• Conduct inductions covering process, scope of works, property and belongings surveys including photos.
• Profile residents and coordinate with site management and client care.
• Arrange access with residents and book home appointments.
• Set up communication packs for new contracts.
• Support Social Value returns and community events.
