Athena Care Homes is seeking a creative and organised Resident Experience Lead for Aria Court in March. You will lead a Connected Living programme, coordinating activities, events, outings and community partnerships to create meaningful engagement for residents.

You'll inspire colleagues across departments, develop individual experiences and build relationships with residents, families and local groups while maintaining a person-centred approach and a warm, proactive leadership style.
