Athena Care Homes (UK) Ltd invites applications for a Resident Experience Lead at Ashlynn Grange, Peterborough. You will lead the Connected Living approach, shaping a meaningful resident experience by coordinating activities, events and community engagement across the home.

The role requires creativity, strong organisational skills and people leadership to work with every department and volunteers, delivering person-centred experiences 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others and inspiring teams in a care or community setting.
• Ability to plan and coordinate engaging activities and events.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the resident experience at Ashlynn Grange, ensuring meaningful engagement for every resident.
• Coordinate a varied programme of activities, events, outings and community connections.
• Build relationships with residents, families and local partners to foster community involvement.
• Oversee the home’s volunteer programme and support the wellbeing of residents through person-centred activities.
