Job summary

Athena Care Homes is seeking a creative and organised Resident Experience Lead for Aria Court in March, Cambridgeshire. You will lead a programme of activities, events, outings and volunteering, shaping the resident experience through the Connected Living model.

You will collaborate across departments, build strong relationships with residents and families, and develop partnerships with local groups to keep residents active, connected and valued in their community.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating activities, events, outings or engagement programmes within care, health, community, hospitality or other person-centred environments.
• Ability to lead a team and inspire colleagues across departments to deliver meaningful resident experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with warm, inclusive and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Athena's Connected Living model across Aria Court.
• Plan and coordinate a varied programme of meaningful activities and engagement for residents.
• Develop community partnerships and oversee the home's volunteer programme.
• Support Heads of Department to make meaningful engagement everybody's responsibility.
• Build relationships with residents, families and external partners to tailor experiences.
