Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar senior care position.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the care team on duty.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
• Manage supervision, appraisal and performance development of staff.
• Carry out enhanced clinical duties including vital signs and observations.
