Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Manager at Swaffham House Care Home in Norfolk to oversee all hospitality operations and deliver an outstanding resident experience. You will lead a caring team, coordinate food service with the chef, plan activities, and maintain housekeeping and maintenance to the highest standards.

This permanent, days-shift role offers a salary of £32,000 per year and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably hotel.
• Excellent communication, motivational and people skills.
• Genuine interest in engaging residents and families.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.

Responsabilités
