Job summary

KINGSLEY HEALTHCARE is seeking a Hospitality Manager to deliver outstanding resident experiences within our care home setting. You will oversee all hospitality operations, ensuring a healthy living food service, engaging activities, and exemplary housekeeping and maintenance standards.

Reports to: Homes Manager/Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager. We value warmth, strong communication, team leadership and a personal, resident‑focused approach to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with a hospitality background—preferably some hotel experience.
• Excellent communication, motivational and people skills.
• Genuine interest in engaging our residents and their families on a regular basis.
• Organisational skills with good time keeping.

Responsibilities

• Create a caring service experience aligned with our family values and high hospitality standards.
• Oversee food service operations, collaborating with the chef to ensure quality meals on time.
• Develop engaging activities promoting residents’ interests, fun and well‑being.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
• Address maintenance issues promptly to keep the facility in top condition.
• Manage the hospitality budget to meet revenue targets while controlling costs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff to enhance community engagement.
• Ensure staff are well‑trained and able to deliver excellent hospitality.
• Uphold regulations, health and safety, and employment laws, with proper records.
