Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Care Coordinator at Swaffham to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will organise shifts, administer and record medication, and liaise with health professionals while maintaining updated care plans.

You will support induction and supervision of support staff, reporting to the Home Manager, with a focus on compassionate, patient-focused service delivery at our Swaffham site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a care team is required.
• Demonstrates empathy and understanding of residents' needs.
• Good leadership and communication within a team.
• Organised, detail oriented and flexible with shifts.
• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or in progress.
