Orders of St. John Care Trust in the UK is seeking an Events Manager in Trowbridge to lead all in-house events and activities across our care home.

You will manage a team of Events Assistants, coordinate with suppliers, build partnerships with local groups and ensure every event enriches residents’ wellbeing while balancing budgets and resources. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and a genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences for older people.

Formación

• Proven ability to plan and deliver first-class hospitality, activities and events that enrich residents’ lives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience coordinating events with external suppliers and venues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the in-house events and activities programme for residents.
• Manage and support a team of Events Assistants; provide direction and motivation.
• Coordinate with homes, suppliers and community groups to deliver high-quality events.
• Monitor budgets, evaluate event success and reflect outcomes in care plans.
