The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator in High Wycombe to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents. You will tailor activities to individual needs and foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere across the home.

As part of a not-for-profit provider rated Outstanding by the CQC, you’ll join a team that values kindness, respect and resident well-being while supporting a vibrant activity programme.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering activity programmes for residents.
• Ability to engage residents and tailor activities to individual needs.
• Friendly and empathetic approach to care settings.

Responsabilités

• Create an ongoing programme of activities and events for residents.
• Deliver activities and events, promoting independence and enjoyment.
• Engage with residents one-to-one and in groups to build participation.
• Work with care teams to integrate activities into daily routines.
