Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver a varied programme of events for residents. You will engage individuals and groups, tailor activities to needs, and work closely with the care team to promote independence and social interaction.

Lewin House hosts four wings and surrounding facilities, offering a warm, supportive environment where volunteers and staff collaborate to create meaningful memories every day.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, organising and delivering events or working with elderly residents.
• Ability to engage residents individually or in groups.
• Comfortable working with local community to enhance activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an ongoing activities programme for residents.
• Engage residents to promote independence and social interaction.
• Collaborate with care team to plan resources and run events.
