Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support residents through Improvement works in Staffordshire. You will be the primary contact, coordinating appointments with site teams and keeping residents informed at every stage.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first approach and experience with housing/regeneration projects are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role delivering a high level of service.
• Experience managing customer enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the lifecycle of improvement works.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding appointments and updates.
• Coordinate customer activities from initial introduction through to completion.
• Support the investigation of customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and support reporting.
