Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team. You will design and deliver engaging activities tailored to each resident, helping to brighten days and support individual needs and preferences while promoting independence and wellbeing.

You will also mentor and train care staff on how to interact with residents, ensuring dignity, self-esteem and meaningful, person-centered moments across our 55 England-based homes.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience organizing activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• We value assertiveness paired with flexibility.
