Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, based full-time at a key customer distribution site in Wakefield.

You will service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and a range of MHE, ensuring minimal downtime and top-tier service delivery. Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience with forklift trucks or mobile machinery, plus electrical, mechanical and hydraulics know-how.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other MHE at a key customer site.
• Ensure minimal downtime and deliver excellent service.

Job Title: Resident Engineer

Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £32,000 - £42,500 (Salary DOE)

Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hours/45 hours

Job Role

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, based full-time at a key customer distribution site. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery.

Essential requirements of Resident Engineer

• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
