Job summary

Broadland Housing Association seeks a Resident Engagement Coordinator to empower residents and strengthen communities from Norwich with hybrid homeworking. You will deliver our resident engagement plan, monitor activities, and share performance information while driving improvements across channels.

Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Norwich)

Part time, 14.5 hours a week, ideally Thursday and Friday

Starting Salary at £12,760 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £13,574 per annum

About You

You’ll have experience in event or project management, with a track record of successful resident or community engagement. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and a confident communicator—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required, as travel throughout Norfolk will be part of the role.
