Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for residents in our care homes. You will support the Home Manager with events and fundraisers, using your energy and organizational skills to enhance daily life for residents.

Key requirements include experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT abilities, and a friendly, team‑oriented approach. Training in safeguarding will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

Experience working with vulnerable individuals is preferred.
Ability to plan and implement engaging activities for residents.
Good organisational and IT skills to support activity programmes.
Ability to communicate with residents and colleagues with kindness and care.
Diligence with safeguarding training and reporting concerns.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement activities to delight residents.
Help Home Manager organise fundraising events.
Encourage residents to socialise and participate in activities.
Develop new activity ideas based on residents' hobbies.
Involve the care home team in activity delivery and events.
