Berkeley Living, part of the Berkeley Group, is seeking a Leasing Associate to join a recently launched build-to-rent business in Slough. You will oversee lease-up across phased communities at Horlicks Quarter, driving occupancy and delivering a best-in-class resident experience.

You’ll lead on-site leasing strategies, provide tours, negotiate leases, and collaborate with central leasing and marketing teams.

• Provide leasing support across multiple communities, assisting on-site teams to fulfil community goals.
• Support in executing leasing strategies across our BTR communities.
• Collaborate with on-site team to drive operational and leasing performance and provide a best-in-class resident experience.

• Assist in leasing negotiation and administration.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, addressing enquiries promptly.
• Act as a flexible resource to support where demand is highest to maintain leasing momentum.
• Deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience to prospects and incoming residents across communities.
• Collaborate with centralised leasing and marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional collateral.
• Review competitor activity and present to centralised teams to stay competitive locally.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss leasing strategies and market trends.

The Role

We are looking for a Leasing Associate to join a recently launched build to rent (BTR) company. With an impressive pipeline of properties due to launch over the coming years, we are seeking somebody who is sales driven and relentlessly customer focused. You will oversee the lease up across our phased BTR community located within Horlicks Quarter in Slough, meaning you will play a critical role in leasing goals.

What you'll be doing

• Provide leasing support across multiple communities, assisting on-site teams to fulfil community goals.
• Support in executing leasing strategies across our BTR communities.
• Working collaboratively with the on-site team to drive operational and leasing performance and provide a best-in-class resident experience.
• Be confident in providing tours with customers.
• Assisting in leasing negotiation and administration.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, addressing all enquiries promptly.
• Act as a flexible resource, supporting where demand is highest to maintain leasing momentum.
• Deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience to prospectives and incoming residents no matter which community you are supporting.
• Strong collaboration with the centralised leasing and marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional marketing collateral.
• Regularly reviewing competitor activity and presenting this to the centralised leasing and marketing teams to ensure we remain competitive in the local market.
• Participate in team meetings to discussing leasing strategies and market trends to ensure we are always ahead of our competitors.
• Contribute to the overall success of the leasing team by providing exceptional service.

The standard default full-time working hours are 9am-6pm, 5 days a week on rota basis, covering up to two weekends per month.
