Job summary

Morguard is seeking a Concierge to deliver quick, courteous service to residents and visitors, acting as a brand ambassador from the moment they walk through the door.

You will assist with leasing processes, respond to inquiries, and support daily building operations, ensuring a superior level of service and timely information for residents and guests. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of High‑School or general education degree (GED).
• 1+ year of related experience in a sales/admin and in a customer service or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic building/property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and provide information about local features.
• Support leasing activities and process resident applications and lease agreements.
• Assist Building Manager with day‑to‑day operations and move‑in/move‑out procedures.
• Answer general inquiries about living in the building and community.
• Maintain safety and security and log incidents per company policy.
